Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, bookings are a must for all sessions and parties. This helps us manage numbers and keep play safe and fun. Click here to book your session.
Can adults join in the play?
Adults are welcome to supervise and support their children, but the equipment is designed for kids only. We have seating and snacks available for parents while the kids play.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothing and Hub HQ socks (required on inflatables). No shoes, jewellery, glasses, or sharp objects are allowed in the play areas.
Can I bring my own food?
Outside food is not permitted in the venue unless you have booked a party room. Party packages allow you to bring your own food or let us cater.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes, we have a range of food, snacks and cold drinks available for purchase.
How long are play sessions?
Standard play sessions are 2 hours long.
Do you offer birthday party packages?
Yes! Choose from Planet Party, Orbit Bash, or Meteor Mania — with options from simple setups to fully catered, stress-free celebrations.
Do I need to stay while my child plays?
Yes. All children under 10 must be supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Children being left on site between the age of 10 - 17 years old will require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver on booking your child's session.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards (Fees apply).
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is limited free parking available for visitors and off street parking is also available
What happens if I’m late for my booking?
Sessions start at set times. If you arrive late, your playtime may be shorter as we can’t extend sessions.
Do you allow prams or strollers inside?
Yes, prams and strollers are welcome, but please keep them in designated areas to keep walkways and Emergency exits clear.
Is there wheelchair or pram access?
Yes, our venue is fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams.
What happens if my child is sick? Can I reschedule?
If your child is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually reschedule your booking to another available date. Refunds will not be given.
Do adults or babies need to pay entry?
Adults do not pay entry. Babies under 1 year old are free.
What if I forget socks?
No problem, you can purchase Hub HQ socks at reception.
Do you host school groups or private hire?
Yes, we offer private hire options and group bookings for schools, kindy's, and clubs. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
Can I take photos of my child?
Yes, you’re welcome to take photos of your own child. We kindly ask that you avoid photographing other children without their parent’s or guardian’s permission.
What safety measures do you have in place?
All our inflatables and equipment are checked regularly for safety. Staff are trained to monitor play areas, and supervision by parents/guardians is required at all times for children under 10.
